There's no better way to kick off the holiday season than a day with our incredible Olivenhain community. Every year, hundreds of local residents come out to shop one-of-a-kind, hand-crafted items just in time for the holidays, all in the charming setting of our historic Meeting Hall grounds. Join us as a vendor and share your craft with neighbors who love to shop local.

Booth Fees & Revenue Share

By participating in the Craft Fair, every vendor supports the Olivenhain Town Council, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, by sharing 10% of their sales. Your revenue share helps preserve and maintain the historic Olivenhain Meeting Hall and grounds.

At registration, you pay a minimum revenue share up front:

$50 OTC Members residing in Olivenhain (as defined by the City of Encinitas)
$75 All other vendors

This payment is credited toward your 10% revenue share. At the end of the fair, if 10% of your sales is more than what you paid at registration, you simply pay the difference. If it's less, you owe nothing more (registration payments are non-refundable). See the rules and terms for full details.

Opens Friday, August 7, 2026 at 10 AM. Reserved exclusively for returning vendors. No exceptions. The registration link will be posted here when it opens.

General Registration Opens Aug 14

Opens Friday, August 14, 2026 at 10 AM. Open to new vendors and anyone who did not exhibit in 2025. The registration link will be posted here when it opens.
