There's no better way to kick off the holiday season than a day with our incredible Olivenhain community. Every year, hundreds of local residents come out to shop one-of-a-kind, hand-crafted items just in time for the holidays, all in the charming setting of our historic Meeting Hall grounds. Join us as a vendor and share your craft with neighbors who love to shop local.

Booth Fees & Revenue Share

By participating in the Craft Fair, every vendor supports the Olivenhain Town Council, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, by sharing 10% of their sales. Your revenue share helps preserve and maintain the historic Olivenhain Meeting Hall and grounds.

At registration, you pay a minimum revenue share up front:

$50 OTC Members residing in Olivenhain (as defined by the City of Encinitas)
$75 All other vendors

This payment is credited toward your 10% revenue share. At the end of the fair, if 10% of your sales is more than what you paid at registration, you simply pay the difference. If it's less, you owe nothing more (registration payments are non-refundable). See the rules and terms for full details.

General Registration Now Open!

Open to new vendors and to anyone who did not exhibit in 2025. Booths are first come, first served: choose yours on the interactive map, tell us what you make, and check out. The booth is held the moment payment goes through.

OTC members who reside in Olivenhain, sign in before you register and your $50 rate is applied automatically at checkout.

Priority Registration Now Closed

Priority registration was reserved for vendors who exhibited at the 2025 fair, and it closed on Thursday, August 13, 2026.

If you exhibited in 2025 and did not claim your booth in time, you are welcome to register through General Registration above. Email craftfair@olivenhain.org if you would like help finding your usual spot.
