The Meeting Hall Message Board
We love to see the welcomes and birthday celebrations posted on our Meeting Hall message board. Our sign monitor would like to remind you about the guidelines for posting messages on the board.

Messages may be posted for 72 hours. Residents are responsible for removing their messages after 72 hours.

Messages must have a date showing when the message was posted. Dated messages may be removed after the 72-hour time period. Undated messages may be removed at any time.

Place messages only in the area provided. Do not mount messages to the wooden frame or posts.

Use only the push pins provided. Do not use hammers, nails, staples, glue, or tape as these will damage the message board.

No “For Sale” or other solicitation signs are allowed.
