Colony Olivenhain

Colony Olivenhain was established in 1884 by a group of German-speaking immigrants. The Olivenhain Town Council is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation formed to hold and preserve the Olivenhain Meeting Hall and property. The purpose of the OTC is to promote an appreciation of Olivenhain history for the public good of the community of Olivenhain.

Upcoming Summer Events at the Meeting Hall

June 24, 7 p.m. - OTC Annual General Meeting and Ice Cream Social

The OTC will hold its annual general meeting and election of members for the board of directors. This is a great opportunity to mingle with your neighbors and chat with the OTC board members about what is happening with our cherished buildings and grounds.

July 4, 11 a.m. - Annual 4th of July Parade

The OTC will be hosting our annual 4th of July parade at 11 a.m. Come celebrate this special birthday of our nation. Decorate yourself, your favorite wheeled vehicle, or even your horse to show your spirit.

Following the parade, we will have ice cream and snacks for the kids.  The grounds will be open after the parade to bring your own picnic lunch, chairs,
and tables. Please note that the fire pit will not be lit.
